What the AI waiter costs
Reading the menu is free and unlimited. The only thing tamr counts is a guest talking to the AI waiter. One conversation is one chat with a diner, around ten messages, and it counts as 6 credits against a ceiling a normal restaurant never reaches.
Free covers 1,500 conversations per location per month, Pro 5,000. Those numbers exist to stop abuse, not to sell you conversations. A busy restaurant sits well under them.
The ceiling is refilled in full each month, per location. Nothing carries over, and nothing is charged when it resets.
If a month does run past the ceiling, a top-up pack keeps the waiter answering. Top-up credits never expire and are only spent once the monthly ceiling is passed. tamr flags a low balance at 50 credits.
