tamr is a QR menu for small restaurant groups with two to ten branches. You run every branch from one account: one menu that all of them carry, codes you print once, and an AI waiter that answers customers at each branch in their own language. The menu and the AI waiter are free at every location.
With two to ten branches, the hard part is keeping them the same. On tamr several branches can carry one menu, so one change reaches all of them. Printed codes never go out of date, and each branch keeps its own details. On Pro you also see what customers ask at each branch, live, as it happens.
Every code opens a menu link that never changes, so you print the codes once and keep them through every menu change. The print screen makes a sheet for all your locations at once, each code opening that location's own menu, as table tents or stickers.

Do I pay less per location when I have more branches?
No. The menu and the AI waiter are free at every location. Pro is the same $100 per location a month at every branch, so three locations on Pro are $300 a month. You can pay yearly instead, at $1,000 per location. Groups with more than ten locations move to Multi-branch, priced per deal.
Can all my branches share one menu?
Yes. You add the locations that carry a menu, and when you change a dish or a price and publish, every one of those branches shows the change. A branch that needs something different, like a delivery menu, can carry its own menu instead. Each branch keeps its own address, opening hours and notes for the AI waiter.
Do I have to reprint codes when the menu changes?
No. Each code opens a menu link that never changes, so the codes you print today keep working after every menu change. You can print one code per location, one code that opens the nearest branch for things like cups and tray mats, or one code where the customer picks the branch.
Can I see what customers ask at each branch?
Yes, on Pro. Every conversation is searchable and can be filtered by branch, and Insights compares your branches side by side. On the free plan you see the counts and the three latest chats for your account.
Can each branch manager have their own login?
Yes, on Pro, which has no limit on logins, so every manager signs in with their own account. The free plan runs on one login. If you need managers to see only their own branch, that is part of Multi-branch, for groups with more than ten locations.
