For hotels
A QR code menu for hotels for every outlet, in every guest's language
tamr is a QR code menu for hotels with more than one place to eat. Each outlet gets its own menu and code, from the restaurant to the pool bar, and guests from any country ask the AI waiter in their own language. It answers from your menu, allergens included, and the menus and the AI waiter are free.
In a hotel, tamr puts every outlet's menu on the guest's phone and answers questions about it in the guest's own language. Each outlet is a location with its own menu, code and hours, and a group can build one order together to show your staff. tamr takes no payments, charges nothing to a room and does not connect to your hotel system.
A hotel has several menus in one building. On tamr, each outlet is its own location with its own menu: the restaurant, the lobby lounge, the pool bar and in-room dining. Each gets its own code, opening hours and notes for the AI waiter, and you manage all of them from one account.
In-room dining from a code in the room
Give in-room dining its own menu and put its code in every room. Guests open it on their phone, ask, and then order the way they do today.
Or one menu with sections
A small hotel can keep one menu with a section for each outlet, and ask guests to pick a section first.
Your guests do not all read English. The AI waiter replies in the language and the script each guest writes in, whatever it is: Italian, German, Russian, or Lebanese Arabic typed in Latin letters. Arabic reads right to left, and you choose Lebanese or formal Arabic.
Your menu translated, on Pro
On Pro, you pick the languages your menu is translated into, and you check and change any line.
With group ordering, friends on the sunbeds build one order together, each on their own phone. One guest taps Share with your table, the others join from the link and add their picks, and the list shows every dish and the total. When your staff come by, the guests show the list and the order is taken in one go.
No app, no sign-in
Each guest joins from a link and changes only their own picks.
Into your POS, when connected
To send orders straight into your POS, we connect your POS. Talk to us about yours.
The details hotel teams ask about, and one list of what tamr does not do.
Hours for each outlet
The pool bar closes at 7 and in-room dining runs all night. Each location keeps its own hours.
Notes for each outlet
Tell the AI waiter about reservations, dress code or children at each outlet. Guests never see the notes.
No app for guests
Guests open the menu on their phone from the code, with no app to install and no sign-in.
Ten allergens on every dish
Mark gluten, nuts, sesame, shellfish and the rest once per dish. The AI waiter answers from them and asks guests to confirm with staff.
A login for each manager
Pro has no limit on logins, so each outlet manager signs in with their own account.
What tamr does not do
No payments, no room charges and no link to your hotel system. Guests show their order to your staff.
The menus and the AI waiter are free at every outlet, with no card. Pro, the owner's dashboard with every conversation and the full Insights, is $100 per location a month, so each outlet set up as a location is priced as one.

More than ten locations? Multi-branch is priced per deal
Can a hotel run several menus on one tamr account?
Yes. Set up each outlet, like the restaurant, the lobby lounge, the pool bar and in-room dining, as its own location with its own menu. Each one gets its own code, opening hours and notes for the AI waiter, and you manage all of them from one account. A small hotel can also use one menu with a section for each outlet.
Can guests order from the menu, or charge a meal to their room?
Guests can order together with group ordering: everyone at the table adds dishes on their own phone, and they show the one list to your server. To send orders straight into your POS, we connect your POS. tamr takes no payments, charges nothing to a room and does not connect to your hotel system.
Which languages can hotel guests use?
Any language. The AI waiter replies in the language and the script each guest writes in, so a guest who asks in Italian gets an answer in Italian, and Lebanese Arabic written in Latin letters gets the same back. On Pro you can also translate your menu into the languages you pick, and you check every line.
How does the AI waiter answer allergy questions?
It answers from the allergens you mark on each dish, such as nuts, sesame, gluten or shellfish, in the guest's language, and always asks the guest to confirm with your staff. When it is not sure about a dish, it says so instead of guessing.
How much does tamr cost for a hotel?
The menus and the AI waiter are free at every outlet, with no card. Pro, the owner's dashboard, is $100 per location a month, so an outlet set up as its own location is priced as one. Groups with more than ten locations are on Multi-branch, priced per deal.
Upload each outlet's menu as a PDF or a photo, or import it from a link. tamr builds them, and your guests can start asking the same day.
