With Tamr Pay, customers tap Pay the bill on the tamr menu they already have open, type the amount on their bill, add a tip if they want and tap Pay with Whish. They confirm in Whish, then come back to a receipt that says Paid, with the table, the amount and a reference. You see the payment on your dashboard once Whish confirms it.

Yes. With Tamr Pay each person pays from their own phone, types their own part of the bill and picks their own tip. Your dashboard adds every payment up per table under Paid by table, so you can see when the whole bill is covered. If one person wants to pay for everyone, an order built in My table offers the table's total.

No. Paying happens in the same tamr menu customers opened from the code at the table or the link in your bio. There is no tamr app and no tamr account. They approve the payment in Whish, then come back to their receipt, which they can show your server if asked.

Tamr Pay works with Whish. Customers confirm each payment in their Whish account, and the menu takes payment in its own currency, US dollars or Lebanese pounds. A payment only counts once Whish confirms it to tamr. If it fails or the payment link expires, nothing is charged and the customer can start again.

Only when Whish confirms it to tamr. Until then the customer sees Confirming your payment and your dashboard shows the payment as Paying. Once confirmed, both turn to Paid. If a payment fails or its link expires, nothing is charged and the customer can simply start again from the menu.

Yes, if you allow it. In Tamr Pay you set three suggested tips or switch tipping off. Customers pick one of your suggestions, type their own amount or choose No tip. The tip shows on their receipt and next to each table on your dashboard, so you see tips per table at the end of the night.

Yes. Find the payment on the Tamr Pay screen of your tamr dashboard and refund it from there. You choose which roles on your team are allowed to refund. The money goes back to the customer, and their receipt shows the refund, so both sides have the same record.

Ask for Tamr Pay from Settings in your tamr dashboard, and tamr reviews every request. Once it is approved, you choose which locations take payments from the menu, set your suggested tips, and decide who on your team is told when a table pays. For plans and pricing, see the pricing page.
