Yes. Every tamr booking holds a real table, so the floor plan comes first. Draw your room zone by zone, describe it in a sentence and let tamr lay out the tables, or import the plan you already have from a PDF, a photo or a link. Each table keeps its seats, its zone and its own code.

tamr checks the phone number. Before an online booking is confirmed, tamr sends a six-digit code to the number the customer gave, and the booking only goes through once they enter it. Nobody can hold your best table on a Friday with a number that does not ring.

Yes. Every tamr booking comes with its own link to change or cancel, up to your cut-off. The cut-off is two hours before the booking unless you set another one for that location. After it, the page asks the customer to call you and the table stays held.

Yes. Each location in tamr picks Instant, where a free table confirms the booking on the spot, or You accept, where every booking arrives as a request for your team. Parties above your online limit always come in as a request. The customer sees Request sent until you answer.

tamr marks a booking late once it passes your grace period, 15 minutes unless you change it, so your host knows who to call. Mark a no-show and the table frees up for the door. Walk-ins are seated from the floor, or go on the waitlist when every table is taken.

Yes. Notes like No nuts or Birthday stay on the booking and on the table in tamr. Your host finds the party in Arrivals or on the floor plan in Service, taps their table and seats them, and the note follows them to the table for the rest of the evening.
