Credits
What a credit is, how many a conversation costs, top-up packs, and the low-balance warning.
Credits are what power customer conversations with the AI waiter. Menus, dishes, and imports are yours to build freely; credits are spent when customers actually chat. Manage them under Settings → Credits.

How credits work
- Customer conversations draw from your monthly credit allowance.
- Your plan includes a monthly allowance that resets each billing cycle.
- Top-up packs are one-time purchases that never expire.
- Top-ups are only used after your monthly allowance runs down.
- tamr emails you at 80% of your monthly allowance, so you can top up before a service.
Top-up packs
Buy a pack any time. Larger packs cost less per conversation.

The credits page shows a running ledger: your monthly grants, your top-up purchases, and what has been used, so you can see where credits are going.
A busy service uses credits faster. If a big weekend is coming, top up ahead of time so the waiter never goes quiet mid-shift.
FAQ
What happens when I run out mid-service?
Buy a top-up pack and the waiter resumes immediately. This is why a small standing buffer is worth it.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
The monthly allowance resets each cycle. Top-up credits, which you buy separately, do not expire.
Does browsing the menu cost credits?
No. Only conversations with the AI waiter draw down credits.
