Locations
What a branch is, adding one, and how multi-location restaurants stay organized.
A branch is a physical location. If you run one restaurant, you have one branch and can mostly ignore this. If you run several, branches keep everything clean.

Add a branch
- 1Open Branches and add one
Give the branch a name, address, and phone.
- 2Set the timezone
The timezone decides when a branch's reporting day starts and ends, so busy-hour and daily numbers line up with real service.
Scope things to a branch
Once you have more than one location, you can:
- Assign specific menus to each branch, so customers at each door see the right one.
- Assign specific waiters, so a location can have its own voice.
- Filter insights and conversations to one branch, or compare branches on Pulse.
- Give each branch its own QR link, so specials and insights stay accurate per location.
You do not need to set up every branch before publishing. Start with one, get live, and add locations as you grow.
FAQ
Do I need branches if I have one restaurant?
No. A single location works with one branch, and you can leave the branch controls alone.
Can two branches share a menu?
Yes. Assign the same menu to multiple branches. Each branch still gets its own link and insights.
Why are my busy hours off?
Check the branch timezone. Reporting windows are anchored to it.
