Usage and credits, and the danger zone.

The Engine tab is where you keep an eye on usage and manage the profile. Most restaurants only ever glance at usage here.

Customer conversations run on credits, drawn from your monthly allowance.
tamr emails you at 80% of your monthly credits, enough warning to top up before a service.
Top-up credits you have bought never expire, and are only used after your monthly allowance runs down.

At the bottom, the danger zone holds the irreversible actions. Both ask you to confirm first.

Detach from a menureversible

Chat on that menu goes quiet until you attach a profile again. The profile keeps its settings.

Delete this profilepermanent

Removes the profile and its conversation history. This cannot be undone.

What happens when I run out of credits mid-service?

Buy a top-up pack from Settings, Credits, and the waiter resumes immediately. Top-ups never expire, so keep a small buffer before a busy weekend.

Does detaching a waiter delete it?

No. Detaching only turns chat off on that menu. The profile and its settings stay. Deleting is a separate, permanent action.
