What your customers see
A walk through the customer's side of tamr.
Everything you build comes together on your customer's phone. Here is what happens after they scan.
They land on your menu
No app, no signup. The QR opens your menu in the browser, in your branding, organized into the categories you set. Customers can browse dishes, open any dish for full details and allergens, save favorites, and build a tray.
There are up to three tabs:
- Menu. Your dishes, the way you designed them.
- For You. Optional AI recommendations tuned to what the customer is after.
- Info. Your restaurant details, links, and any offer or survey you have set.
They ask the waiter
If a waiter is attached, an "Ask the AI waiter" prompt is there for them. They can ask anything about the food in plain language and get a specific answer, see dish cards they can add to their tray, and compare two dishes side by side.
Languages
Customers can switch language at any time. The menu content and the chat both follow, including full right-to-left support for Arabic. Their choice is remembered for your restaurant. See more under languages.
Dietary and allergens
Ask about dairy, nuts, gluten, or anything else and the waiter answers from your dish data. Any allergy question is always handed to your staff to confirm, never guessed.
When a customer flags an allergy, the waiter pauses and points them to your team. This is deliberate. Safety beats speed.
