  • A profile bundles the waiter's personality, greeting, rules, cards, model, and languages.
  • You attach a profile to a menu, and it starts answering there.
  • One waiter can serve several menus. Most restaurants run a single profile for everything.
  • Customers always see "the AI waiter", never a profile name.
