By default the waiter replies in whatever language each customer writes in. To restrict it, select from these:
With nothing selected, the waiter adapts to each customer automatically. Restrict languages only if you specifically want to hold the line to, say, English and Arabic.
Set the Arabic register

Do customers see the tone name or the waiter's profile name?
Neither. Customers see "the AI waiter" and the replies themselves. Tone and name are for you; the personality comes through in how it writes.
What happens if a customer writes in a language I didn't select?
If you restricted languages, the waiter replies in one of your selected languages. If you left it open, it replies in the customer's language.
Why don't I see the Arabic register setting?
It only appears when Arabic is reachable, so either leave languages open or add Arabic to the list.
